From small starter homes to super luxury homes. Each project
at Residential Solutions is a custom project.
Do
you design in-house?
We have a staff designer who can work you through the planning
process. We can start from plans on napkins to years of clipping
and saved pictures of how you want your home to look.

you do financing?
We work with several financial institutions and will be
happy to walk you through the loan process. Please visit our

How
much are estimates?
We will meet with you two times at no cost. If our discussions
go to the planning stage you would be obligated to the cost
of the plans plus costs directly associated with the preparation
of these plans.
Do
you consult on projects?
Residential Solutions consults for on-going projects advising
the client about specific items or the entire project. Residential
Solutions also acts as the Construction Project Manager on
residential and commercial projects.
